Terms of service

The service
Makeizi helps teachers capture, transcribe and analyse their lessons. Reports are generated automatically and should be reviewed by the teacher before being shared.
Accounts and plans
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Plan limits (students, lesson minutes, storage) are shown in Settings Billing & usage.
Trials
Trials give temporary access to a paid plan. When a trial ends without a plan, your data stays available to read, but new lessons can’t be recorded.
Acceptable use
Only record lessons where all participants have been informed. Don’t use Makeizi to record people without their knowledge or for unlawful purposes.
